I love having this smoothie for breakfast. The oats (not paleo) and green tea make for a filling drink that with a simple apple or small light food makes a perfect breakfast that keeps me full for hours!
1-2 bananas very ripe
Handful of greens blend
1 scoop collagen peptides (or protien powder of choice)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 1/2 TBSP old fashioned oats
Green tea cube (I steep green tea and freeze it in ice cube trays then store it in my freezer)
Milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond)
Put your ingredients into the blender and blend. Feel free to add other powder boosters of choice.
