This morning my kids and I made a great antioxidant rich smoothie.
1 pint blueberries
A few handfuls of greens (I had a spinach, chard, kale blend)
2 scoops collagen peptides
2 tsp chia seeds
1 VERY ripe banana
Then blend. This recipie used all fresh ingredients, if you have frozen ingredients half the chia seeds which act as a thickener or you will end up with an undrinkable gel!
